Cosmetic you swear by?

What s the one cosmetic product (makeup or skin care) you absolutely WILL NOT go without? That you reccommend to everyone?





I am a huge advocate of dermablend cosmetics - I use the concealer to cover my tattoos if I am going somewhere formal, and you can't see a THING - not even up close, if you are looking for them. It also works great on stubborn eye bags or pimples - totally invisible.

Cosmetic you swear by?
I swear by Estee Lauder Hydra Complete moisturizer. It makes my skin soft, healthy and glowing. It smells wonderful too. So fresh!


The cosmetic I tell everyone about is Philosophy's "The Present" clear foundation. Yes, it's clear and it gives me flawless skin. It does cost a bit more then drug store brands but a little goes a long way and one tube lasts a long time. My skin looks like an airbrushed make-up ad! I just love it!


The other thing I can't live without is my Buff Puff. I must exfoliate at least 2 times a week and this little puff is like getting a facial every time!

High lighter on my cheeks and plain lip gloss. It looks fresh and clean..oh and a feirce tan!!!!

Reply:Liquid foundation, evens skin tone out perfectly since I'm not blessed with naturally even skin colour. I do like a little flick of black mascara. Anything else if I have the time in the morning.

close runners up would be my Soft Finish makeup (foundation) and High Impact mascara, both by Clinique.
Reply:I recomend Artistry because my grandmother has been using it for 20 years and people think she looks like 48 instead of 68. It works very well also. But they no longer carry my colors. =[
Reply:you're right, dermablend is awesome! I've seen it used to cover a port wine birthmark on a lady, and it made it look like she just didn't have it anymore.


okay, the one thing I wouldn't go without, and would recommend to everyone is Lancome L'extreme Mascara!


it makes your lashes extra long, and thick! I love it!


by the way, where do you buy your dermablend make-up? I would love to have some to cover a scar on my arm where my puppy tore it open with his toenail. thanks! = )
