As we all know, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Not only that, but we have all seen both good cosmetic surgery and botched jobs. Whenever I see pics of good work by cosmetic surgeons, I generally see subtle changes. That is to say, there is an obvious improvement in a person's appearance, but the person still looks like himself/herself. And of course, there are the cases in which people have very obviously had work done and they look like freaks of nature. Is it possible for a person to have a series of cosmetic surgeries and look naturally beautiful afterwards?
Can a person actually be made extremely beautiful through cosmetic surgery?
Hot? yes. Sexy? yes. Beautiful?? not so much.. Beauty takes a lot more than surgery to achieve.
