i am working on a project and i having a hard time looking for information about cosmetic animal testing. Can someone tell me the answer to my question and give me some website that answer my question.
Is it illegal for cosmetic companies in the USA to test their products on animals?

However, it is LEGAL to test all kind of drugs and sh!t on American troops abroad , or the population in poor countries which are given experimental drugs ... is it OK to assume that to politicians and the big companies, they are worth less than animals ?
