It depends. Cosmetic surgery is good if the intention is to correct and enhance physical and facial deformities; it is bad if the intention is simply to alter and artificialize physical and facial features (for example, breast and butt augmentation where silicone is injected or inserted to make it look erect, bigger, and rounder).

Reply:I think it's good. I had a tummy tuck a year ago because it was the only way I would ever wear a bikini again (previous c-section + pregnancy that put 65 LBs on my little 100 LB body). And sometimes lipo is needed to get weight off of someone to possibly save their life. As long as it's done for the right reasons I think it's fine. Getting fake boobs to please your boyfriend would be the wrong reason, it has to be done for the sole purpose of pleasing or bettering the person actually getting it done since there are risks and complications as well as mental, emotional and physical changes.

Some people look great with little things, like a nose job or tummy tuck. Look at Demi Moore! But others go over the top and do too much, like that singer, Cher and Pam Anderson

Reply:If someone doesn't feel good in his body, is ashamed or shy, and the surgery will help him to be more confident and open - why not? You just need to find a good doctor. Surgery can become dangerous if we do this very often and when our doctor isn't' professionalized.
Reply:In my opinion, i think cosmetic surgery is bad because it can ruin the way u look in years time. This is how god created u, u should be thankful.
Reply:I don't like it. Unless you are disfigured from a birth defect or accident, why mess with it? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and we place too much value on outward appearances.





Also, any surgery has risks. I'm not willing to "go under" so my nose can be a little smaller. I'll just put on a little more lip gloss to draw your attention there instead : )
Reply:I think it's a personal choice to have this surgery, and people shouldn't judge you for it. My mom had a huge scar from having three emergency c-sections, so she had a tummy tuck (and some lipo while she was at it) to fix it. I think it was a great move for her! I know that there are people who think we should just be happy with what God gave us, but I bet they have died their hair before and/or wear makeup! It's the same idea!
