They can't make it longer, only fatter around, and they do that by injecting fat from your butt into your weiner.
Survey says most women want a fat one, not a long one. Then again, I never met a man who wanted to enlarge his penis for anything other than his own ego, so I suppose what the women want doesn't factor into this.
