Is it possible now days using cosmetic surgery to change the tone or color of the skin , erase acne scars , or make someone short change the height ???

Why would you want to do that sort of extreme change? I had plastic surgery done...which was a skin graft, as a part of a skin cancer surgery I had on my sholder...mind you this was not done for cosmetic reasons....so consider this, skin tone, acne scars ect. is no big deal when one considers the real necessities people have plastic surgery for
