There is no problem whatsoever.. my friends mom had her eyebrows tattooed and they looked great, and natural.. go for it..
Reply:Cosmetic tattoos aren't permanent, the ink can fade or you could possibly get an infection. You're better off continuing to pencil in or brush in your brows.

If you feel you MUST get cosmetic tattooing, at least ask to see the person's previous work in his or her portfolio.
Reply:No personal experience, but tattoos are always dangerous, and I wouldn't get permanent makeup. You're face shape will change as you age and it may end up looking odd... I wouldn't do it. Talk to your doctor though.
Reply:I haven't had mine done but my aunt and her mother have gotten their eye liner done . It looks really great and they haven't had any problems. I figure getting your brows done is basically the same process so i bet you have nothing to worry about. I say go for it, penciling in every morning has to get old!
Reply:If you do, make sure you keep on plucking your current eyebrows to fit the line, otherwise they will look un-natural and just plain out weird. But, if you groom them right, it will look natural.
Reply:It looks fake no matter how proficient the artist is.
Reply:I have my eyebrows done. If you do get a experienced tattoo artist that specializes in cosmetic tattooing. Do you research, their are a lot of people who think the know what they are doing.

Generally it takes more then one session, more so with eye liner. It looks more natural if you get tattooed like it is hair, small lines that look like hair instead of one big line. Get something that you can be comfortable with everyday that matches you natural hair color.(From your head, not necessarily your brows.)
Reply:I have dark brown hair and hardly any eyebrows. They've always been too light, but I over plucked them back in the 7th grade. I have to pencil mine in everyday as well, and it's getting a bit annoying. I plan to get them done. I found this site, and there are quite a few before and after photos. I really like the way the artist does them, the hair strokes look great. It's definitely the most natural way I've seen them done. Just make sure you pick someone who knows what they're doing, after all this will be done on your face. As for the girl who said that it looks fake no matter what....that was unnecessary. Her eyebrows are probably just fine. I'd rather have fake eyebrows then to look like I have none at all. It will look the same as penciling them in, except you won't have to do it everyday. Oh, that site with the photos is: http://www.absolute-perfection.biz/eye_b...

Good luck!
