How advance is cosmetic surgery?
Cosmetics surgery is really advanced. There are so many modern technology that can really change the way a person look. The results may not be the best or safest but can be done. To change a person skin color usually is with over the counter products that contains lightening ingredients that can be harmful. A couple of lightening products contain mercury and some people still use it because they want a whiter complexion.
It is possible to get rid of acne scars without have cosmetic surgery but with cream, laser treatments or microdermabrasion. I have acne scars and use a combination of a peel and a cream.
In China, they actually do a cosmetic procedure to add height to a person body. This procedure is dangerous because they are stretching out the bones which are not supposed to be stretch. Some of the affects are dangerous such as the bones never grow back properly and the legs are very sore.
Personally, some cosmetics procedure as rhinoplasty, laser treatments and breast augmentation are fine but more than that is not necessary.
Reply:I wouldn't do it. Just because it's called surgrey, doesn't mean it can't go wrong and screw up your face for life. I would just cover it up with make-up, or, if you want darker skin, you could go outside and tan. Also, acne scars-that wouldn't happen if you just washed your fac daily.
