Can cosmetic contact lenses be bought at local opticians?

Yes they do, it also depends if they have it in stock. But even if they don't they'll order it for you!

Reply:you dont want them, they are cool and all, but after youve gone into the light it takes a really long time for them to go clear again when you go back inside. i have a few friends that have them and they all say they suck.
Reply:yes it can you can usually pick some up at retail store like walmarts vision center. But to have them you have to have an eye exam perscription or you won't be able to purchuse.

Yes , you can get them from local optical shop and please get a qualify optometrist to get your eyes check and have them to help/teach you on putting and removing the lenses (you dont wish to hurt/damage your eyes cornea, right?) Then they will prescribe the right degree for your eyes need.





Cosmetic lens will be slightly blurred if you look on the side way, but if you look straight it will be clear vision. This are normally for party usage, if for everyday use I would recommend clear lens (daily or bi-weekly the best!) You can try Freshkons (monthly lens) which means you have to buy contact lens solution to clean and keep the lens for a month (after a month you have to throw it away), they are popular for their cosmetic lenses. But if you want to have a look of biGGer eyes, you can try Acuvue Define lenses (daily lens). I wont recommend you to wear more than 12hrs as cosmetic lens tend to be drier than normal clear lens.
